Intelligence Test.

From ancient times,people have been asking riddles to estimate the intelligence of an individuals .This is however not a scientific method of testing intelligence .

*definition of intelligence : Alfred Binet afrench psychologist defined intelligence in these woeds."The ability to think well,understand well and to reason well".

In 1904 he prepared a questionaire for children of different ages ,from the answers to the appropriate set of questions to judge the mental age of a child .The mental age of a child was represented by the test he passed .by comparing mental age of a child with his chronological age it becane possible to find out whether a child was normal intelligent or dull.

Now a days a large number of psycholmetric tests are available to determine the intelligence of an individual .

*formula to calculate I.Q:
I.Q= mental age /chronological age ×100

*what is mental age ; it depends on your attitude towards life.
Do you listen to your inner child and some times lose control?
Do you ever jump up and down? Or sing out loudly because you are happy and want everybody to know it .
The mental age is an individual ,that showd how much your inner child influence your life.
Mental age can be affected by social environment ,way of thinking and lifestyle .

*chronological age:it is based on your date of birth ,which is docummented in your birth certificate and your passport .
People are classified on the basis of their IQ.
0-25 =Idiot
26-50=Imbecile
51-70=Moron
71-80=borderline
81-90=dull average
91-110=Normal
111-120=Superior
121-140=very superior
Over-140=genius .
