Techniques of Advocacy and Arguments
There are three difficult professions in the world i.e Medical, Engineering, and the field of Law. Advocacy is an art. The legal profession is one of the most difficult professions in the world. Whereas the technique of advocacy is a practical procedure and those who have joined this profession are known very well. All young lawyers should visit the court to learn something new. The young lawyer should attend court and learn something unique. Nevertheless, I cannot suggest those who have the desire to appear in Law GAT. However, it is beneficial for those lawyers who have passed the Law GAT examination.
Now come to the point, the art of advocacy is directly interlinked with practical procedure. The arguments of counsel are of much importance in the courts. Nevertheless, the judges are very sharp to enforce counsel to brief him on point of law or maintainability of the suit. Generally, plants are seven stages. However, the judges are focused to judge prima facie of cases and put questions accordingly. Normally, young lawyers are feeling some hesitation while appearing in courtrooms. Judges must boost up young lawyers and senior advocates should encourage them.
Young lawyers must adopt the habit of learning law books and law journals. The Law students should focus law base videos i.e relevant to the syllabus of Cr.Pc, CPC, QSO, Income tax, etc which is beneficial in future court proceedings. Normally, the judges ask questions to counsel what is maintainability of the petition is. The first question is which is decided in your case in the initial stage. The senior advocates should prepare their case before coming to court. The second question which is mostly put to young advocates by court how facts are irrelevant. What is the last proceeding? Kindly read the last order or judgment and which portion will give you some favor of your clients. Normally, the judges ask what the relevant law or provision is relied upon by your clients.
