Today, Pakistan unemployment rate is 4.45%.Unemployment means the group of labor who are without work but seeking for a job. This is a Global issue. To find a solution, we should, firstly, see the causes of that problem. The main causes of unemployment are:
1. Candidate is not fulfilling the criteria of Company.
2. Candidate has not any experience.
3. Candidate doesn’t know etiquettes of giving an interview.
4. Lack of Patience and hard work in Candidate.
This issue is increasing day by day. There are some solutions of unemployment. If you become the need of a company, company will fulfill your needs.

2. Wear proper dress during your interview.
3. Believe in yourself.
4. Enhance your Skills and make yourself worthy.
5. Do internships minimum 3 months. This will give you experience of that job.
