Recently, the polio campaign
had been launched in the metropolis. In the campaign, the volunteers and the
staff of polio drive go from door to door and give vaccination drops to all
under five years children. The basic aim of the polio campaign is to eradicate
polio from the society. But how our society can get rid from this disease if the
volunteers and the responsible people are not loyal and sincere to their jobs? I
have also got a ten months old son. The team of polio campaign came to my home
but did not ring the bell or knocked the door. Instead they just wrote the date
on the wall and went away.
I tried the number of the polio campaign as well but they never pick up the
phone or make their phone lines busy.
My question is that how much time it will take to provide vaccination to one
child? I want to bring this issue into the consideration of the authorities who
are dealing with the campaign that please make sure that the team you are
sending for this noble cause are performing their duties sincerely or not.
