I would like to draw some
attention of the concerned authorities towards the situation of Karachi. The
situation of Karachi is very dangerous. We see a lot of abuses, discrimination,
kidnapping, extortion, maltreatment and destruction of peace. this issue of
terrorism has started a few year ago but it seems to us that it has no solution.
Bomb blast and kidnapping have become a routine in a month and our police
department and Rangers have no remedies to these things.
People are are tortured by the slips (parchi system) of donation by different
militant groups of political parties. Drugs, abuse have also become an
increasing trend in this busy life of Karachi. This city of lights is now going
to be darkened day by day and all the people of Karachi have become slaves and
hostesses in the hands of terrorists. We emphatically need the security in
Karachi and this can only be provided by the law of enforcement agencies.
I do hope that the authorities will take stand on the situation of Karachi and
provide us some relief from the mental agony.
