I would like to draw some
attentions of the concern authorities towards VIP Movement in Karachi.
These VIP Movements are so frequent that the hardships caused by them create a
lot of hassle and anxiety among the people of Karachi. Everyone is torched on
the roads while waiting to pass the VIP movements. When the VIP movements occur
, the whole traffic comes to a halt and motorist cannot move freely. People plan
to go to marriages, funerals, exhibitions or picnic spots stuck in traffic.
Patients inside the ambulances fight for there survivals become hostages of this
VIP traffic.
The VIP movements of the President, Prime Minister or any other high official
are not properly declared in the newspaper. Therefore, the common people becomes
pray of these VIP movement. The law enforcement agencies do not provide any
alternative route to the peoples. Hours are passed but the traffic seems to
creep on the road. People reach there destinations while spending a lot of time
in the traffic jams. No one is safe and everyone seems to fight with his
frustrations and over-exertion but tries to make all his efforts to reach where
ever he wants. A lot of work has been done but a lot is required in the form of
constructing more roads, overhead bridges and underpasses.
I hope that the authorities will take some very quick steps for providing relief
to the standard people of Karachi. I look forward to your prompt and positive
