Current challenges of pathetic Province

Quetta is the capital of Baluchistan province. It is also the largest city in terms of land area. Moreover, from some times the city is in the clench of unfavorable environment due to terrorism, kidnaping, kidnapping for ransome, smuggling, Sectarianism and ethnic crisis. President came on the throne and went with no fruits. The pathetic masses still are facing the problems of retrospective time. No innovative policies have been seen in practice. In budget, the amount has been selected but the roads, education system, corruption, smuggling, nepotism, terrorism, security threats are on the same climax. Although missing person and bomblasts have come to its lower rate but not fully eradicated. Target killing on the same place. Moreover, the kith and kin of the missing person are still on hunger strike. Furthermore, Crippling loadshadding is another bleak snag which had added fuel to the already worsened situation. In Baluchistan 10 to 11 hours loadshaddinghad been seen in routine. It is beyond understanding, prime minister is seen many times in inaugurating the dams, and china has proved its friendship through affiliating the nuclear power plant to Pakistan. But still the problem is faced on large scale. Additionally; the education hiccup is on the same level. In our educational system paucity of experienced teachers is faced largely. Schools are less in number but students are many which became burden for a teacher. By allocating new schools, it would help in over increasing rate of unemployment. In addition to that, we are facing the issue of population explosion; the increasing rate had given rise to child labour and poverty. As poverty anywhere is a threat to democracy everywhere. It has also proven as a great threat to economy as well. A country could not be called stable unless its economy is not stable. Not this but this as well, the masses are bound in the chains of gloomy clouds 24/7. Media is also playing its bias role. Although it is considered as a source of information but it crosses the limits and used to broadcasts the news of family matters. Media should not interfere in the family affairs of the people. It should provide the news. Conversely, every news channel shows the situation so bleak it seems Pakistan would be no longer it would be attacked from the borders.

The need of the time is that the issue of Baluchistan would be solved through table talks. All the parties should unite and give a solid solution to the problem. Education and security should be given the priority. Hence, the development of a place depends on its literacy rate. Moreover, the bloody term of cheating should be eradicated from its roots. The involved authorities should be resigned or should be given capital punishment. They prepare spoiled roots which in future when become trees would be providing neither good fruits nor shade. Our curriculum should be changed. Knowledgeable and informative syllabus should be implemented to compete the world. Experienced teachers should be allocated (B.ED) should made must for primary and secondary teachers. So, that they would be able to provide the related stuff.
