THOSE IN THE SERVICE OF PAKISTANIS

(sarwar, lahore)

The motherland is in the tight grip of politicians, especially those in power who claim that they are really indispensable for their good traits of efficiency, i.e., Nepotism and favoritism, Corruption, Short-sightedness, Revision of Allowances and Facilities of Senators, MNAs and MPAs, Non-adherence to rules and regulations, Foreign Tours, Privatization of Essential Institutions like PIA etc, Use of threatening words about NAB in public gathering, Befooling the masses that the corrupt elements will be punished and the looted money will be recovered (So far no politician has been tried/put behind bars or looted money recovered from him). These politicians are so crook that they always get scot free. A common Pakistani is sure that No Law, in Pakistan, can ever get hold any of these politicians. It is all “Muk Maka” and these politicians will remain busy in multiplying their wealth by sucking blood of the poor. There is no hope in near future that Democracy leading to Familycracy will turn Pakistan in to Islami Jamhooria Pakistan!!

These politicians, when out of power, yell at the top of their voice to eradicate all the ills prevalent in our society but the moment they are entrusted with ministries and other responsibilities they forget their promises made in various public addresses. They do their best to rub the poor. And the poor masses! Who cares for them and why!! They think that the poor masses have ample time to stand in long queues at least three times in a month to deposit bills of Gas, Telephone and Electricity. These Federal Departments can, without any inconvenience, send these bills within the first week of each month, mentioning 20th as last date of deposit without fine. This will enable the users to deposit these bills in one go. The decision will not have any burden on the national exchequer. Rather it will help saving time and resources of this poor nation. These departments should have mercy on Pakistanis.

The Media though doing their best by highlighting various issues faced by us at local and national / international level, yet is requested to educate these Departments to have pity and accept the request about change in the schedule of these bills.
