INTRODUCTION:
This research is based on neuro linguistic programming approach. It guide the
entrepreneur how we handle the complex situation in a business activity as well
as tell us the tactics how we become a successful businessman.
Basically the purpose of NLP approach is that how to most effectively
communicates with your brain and nervous system to produce various behavioral
results. In this research we introduce the four dimensions who guide the
entrepreneur how we became the successful businessman. If the entrepreneur
keenly understands these four dimensions then they will become successful
entrepreneur.
These four dimensions tells us that which one is the right direction to find out
path of hidden treasure of success, what steps we should take firstly and how we
reached toward them. We find out these four lime stones or factors that
influence business success (values, Beliefs, Strategies and stimulus responses).
Previous efforts to address these important issues why some entrepreneurs are
successful or some are not? Some researcher discuss the researcher cognitive
processes, some researchers address the one aspect of entrepreneur behavior
(social competencies). That may influence their success. Some authors address
the social and human capital. In the research of pergamon which one factors
influence on entrepreneur success. The specialist recommends that the closer the
match between singular's state of mind, qualities, information, aptitudes,
capacities and identity that effect on business achievement. Some researcher
find out that if the entrepreneur have passion for to do that and having
experience then it leads to business success. We find out researcher take little
bit work on the values, beliefs, strategies and stimulate responses .So we take
initiate that these factors influence the business success.
LITERATURE REVIEW:
Entrepreneur must has the personal values that is what you have or not, set out
the priorities to these values, On the off chance that you figure out the
qualities then the ambitious person must has the steadiness, then you must
accomplish the objectives or achievement the assignments. For that Person-

Beliefs of entrepreneur that we can do it. Everybody has the potential of doing
something. Just indeed we find out the suitable direction to achieve their own
goals and accomplished their tasks. In my view passion beliefs and self
efficiency, credibility and hospitability is aroused not because these are
inherently disposed to such feelings but, rather, because they are engaged in
something that relates to a meaningful and silent self identity for them. Baum
and lacke (2004) and shane, lacke and Collins(2003) say that entrepreneur ‘s
beliefs that we can do it and has a passion or Love to work:
After that we take a need to know that how we do things for that we make
strategies. Strategies is a limestone’s of doing the things or complete the
tasks. Entrepreneur set out the values and then make out the strategies to
complete the tasks but on the other hand kids has not preexistences in the
values therefore they became failed. Stimulators responses are a behavior
towards your goals. Means to know how much entrepreneur are motivated or devoted
to accomplished their work or goals.
FOUR DIMENSIONS OF BUSINESS SUCCESS:
A. Values:
When a man is born, he is crystal in itself like a diamond, with a passage of
time he will grow and adopt the good habits as well as bad habits from society
which one attract them. Society includes the bad people, good people, failure
people and successful man. And now we see in business society on daily basis we
meet the failure people as well as meet also the successful people. And now the
question is raise that how we differentiate them? We differentiate them through
their achievements and goals. Everyone has a desire to become the millionaire
with in short period. My question is that “who are Rich”? In my opinion a person
who are ambitious of doing something and has a clear goal with right direction.
They are successful person. Simply a successful person imagine the goal with
your entire mind, having believe with all your heart and give some efforts to
accomplish this goals at last you must be achieved that thing. Its believe a man
learns from the day first to last day. A man learns with their ages. The best
age of learning is 5 years. In this a man adopts the good aspect as well as bad
aspect of life from around of them. There are various explanations of values in
the related literature. The central idea of theses definitions is the ability of
organizing effective factors or indicators and risk taking features of a person
in order to utilize budding opportunities or creating the new ones. Within this
context the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship concepts can be interpreted by
mean of characteristics of values. It is sciences which express human nature,
even it is system of values, emotional, cognitive, semantic and aesthetic needs
of human offer their main pertinent objectives. The satisfaction of these needs
or desire is also a value. Values are perceived as the most important matter
economically, socially and politically. Theses preferences of values rapidly
change due to development process. Therefore it leads in the social sciences and
it is accepted as the basic formation underlying behavior of individuals. Values
have been explained as the beliefs about how to behave and what goals are
important to achieve. It is concepts of beliefs and guide selection or
evaluation of behavior and events then ordered them by relative importance.
Values based on similarities and differences. The summary of values is it is
ordered by relative importance. The ordered set of values forms a values
preferences system. It is obviously see that values are the motivator factors in
entrepreneurial decisions. Spend the time with successful people and attain
their values consciously and unconsciously.
B. Beliefs:
It cannot help us or not serve us. It refers to Creditability or hospitality of
your people. Successful entrepreneur develop the creditability or hospitality
itself in a society or in market. They set out the boundaries beyond these
boundaries they cannot work. Sometimes they face problems in task and make
excuses about that. If they talk to your different friends about that problem
they said, Oh! It is very simple, it is no big deal. So we stop excuses nothing
is impossible. Try to find out the relative solution of this problem. if you
develop the credibility then it will leads to success.
C. Strategies:
Strategies refer how we do things? Entrepreneur firstly set out the goals and
gives them preferences in order then makes the effective strategies to achieve
their goals. Whenever you set out the goals then u must have persistence to
achieve those goals. A child has not set out the values therefore their
strategies became failed.
To accomplish these goals, you must making planning.
D. Stimulus Responses:
Stimulus responses refer how entrepreneur quickly give the responses to other
things that are might be effective or not for business. Entrepreneur must take a
lot of decisions then try to make struggle to prove to be correct. Always things
planned and then they must put into action. They must always pay attention to
achieve the goals.
THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK:
This empirical study is based on basically the NLP approach is that how to most
effectively communicate with your brain and nervous system to produce various
behavioral results. In reality no doubt, our response various at different
situation, because every person has different values, beliefs and perceptions.
We cannot alter their mind completely but we can mould them according to their
own suitable ways. Because everyone has a potential to do anything but the need
is that we have no guide line, idea and right direction to accomplish the task.
Everyone has a lot of desires and he struggle day and night to accomplish the
goals or desire but our resources are scare to fulfill our desires. Then we set
out priorities of these desires, we fulfill the firstly that type of desire
which one is most important than rest of others .In this article we discuss the
four essential elements of mind programming for successful entrepreneur. In this
we tell how we can implement these elements in business dealing with interesting
examples, how we became the successful businessman and how we handle the complex
situation.
In this research we discuss the four dimensions which are as follows:

Beliefs
Strategies
Stimulus Responses
These are the four key points for become the successful business man.
So we examined that mind programming of entrepreneur is totally depends on the
strong values and beliefs, effective strategies and quick stimulus response
towards things.

Importance of this study & Hypothesis Development:
The main objective of this research is describing the ever –increasing or
growing importance of entrepreneurship in realization of development of
nationally & locally. Now-a-days entrepreneur becomes pivotal important and we
need to encourage it economically and socially. We need to enhance the
environment to encourage it. The meaning of entrepreneur in this research is
that a businessman how to develop a mind to initiate or carry on the tasks and
for that how to make the limestone to accomplish this tasks. Within the context
of this research besides the main objective, we also determine the following
objectives:
1. To judge the value and preferences of entrepreneur.
2. Got some exclusive idea about decisions making of entrepreneurs.
3. To get the idea of entrepreneur’s responses towards tasks.
4. Encourage the entrepreneurship.
5. To establish the relationship between mind programming of entrepreneur and
other dimensions (values, Beliefs, Strategies& Stimulus responses).
The hypotheses of this research are listed below and interpretation of which
will be done in the final section of this paper:
H1: Strong beliefs of entrepreneur have negative relationship to business
success.
H2: Entrepreneur is mostly man than women.
H3: If entrepreneur develop the effective strategies then it will lead to
success.
H4: Quick stimulus responses have positive relationship with entrepreneur
success.
METHODOLOGY:
The instrument used:
In this study, I collect the data from questionnaire entitled “4 Dimensions Mind
programming for business success”. This questionnaire consists of 23 items and
takes around 10 minutes to complete. Participants are required to respond to the
items on a forced five point Likert scale ranging from 1= strongly disagree to
5=strongly agreed. A good number of items in this questionnaire containing to
five to four dimensions ( values, Beliefs, Strategies & Stimulus responses) were
adapted which is available online website. For analysis we use the SPSS
software.
Population of interest and sample selection:
The population of interest in this study is concerned some employees of LEO
company who founded a large or multinational company , Teachers of business and
administration and students of business field have at least secondary education
, they are in better position to respond to this questionnaire.

have relationship .They are interlinked with each other. So, the acceptability

From Table:2, This table shows, that our independent variable (Value, Beliefs
,Strategies & Stimulus responses) and their interaction with Entrepreneur have
statistically significant effect on the dependent variable. We look at “Sig”
column that we have examine that statistically significant interaction at the
P=.000. simply, According to Analysis of variance, there are significant
differences between the independent in the mean number of mind programing of
entrepreneur.

From Table3.The main focus of the regression output. We should check the overall
F-statistics. In the SPSS output, the coefficient are listed as “B” under the
column that is un standardized coefficient. Next we look at the corresponding
standard error, we examine that coefficient is positive instead of strategies
and Beliefs of entrepreneur.

From table.4: The summary model is first table in SPSS output. In this R square
is important column. Here we can say that 62% variability founded in Dependent
variable.
CONCULSION:
So after the analysis, we concluded that Independent variable and dependent
variable has the reliability with each other. Highly interlinked with each
other. we find out the four dimensions that are helpful in decision making and
become the successful Entrepreneur. If the entrepreneur have some values and set
out their goals and give them preferences then they will be helpful in
organizing the works and accomplishment of their goals.
