Terrorism is still an undefined animosity, the reason behind it’s undefined status is possibly it’s existence in variety of forms. It can be state sponsored terrorism, inter-state terrorism or terrorism by bunch of people under the umbrella of either disbanded or political organization. Terror basically means spreading fear and extreme fright among the masses and terrorism is the use of terror to achieve political goals and to saboteur the will of other people.

The Indian occupation of Kashmir via controversial instrument of accession at the hands of Hindu Maharaja is alien to none. Sine then Kashmiri people are facing the atrocities of Indian troops without the limitation of age, gender and opinion. The Kashmiri women are no absolution to immoralities of Indian occupied forces.

Kashmir is not an internal affair of India and Kashmiri’s have their due right to decide their future and geographical association. The emancipation of Kashmiri’s is proclaimed by number of facts:
1)- The occupation of Kashmir by India
2)- The cruelty of Indian forces on innocent Kashmiris
3)- Disrespect of Kashmiri people by Indian troops
4)- Immorality of Indian forces in Kashmir
5)- Humiliation of human rights by Indian troops ever since the occupation
6)- Intermittent bloodbath of Kashmiris at the hands of Indian troops.
7)- United Nation resolutions in favor of Kashmir plebiscite
8)- Outcry of Human Rights Organizations at Indian brutality in Southwest Asian region-Kashmir
9)- The right of self determination of Kashmiri people
10)- The struggle of Kashmiri people to liberate themselves of Indian Occupation

India wants to sabotage the will of Kashmiri people which is impervious by the use of force. Despite Indian controversies it is an absolute right of Kashmiris to associate with any other country or to opt for isolation. The threat of Kashmir to become the warehouse of terrorism after absolution can be dropped to a greater extent by bringing economic prosperity to Kashmir.

It is the best way to lessen the recruitment of youth to terror related activities. The Kashmiri people needs upbringing at both economic and educational fronts. The right of self-determination of Kashmiris will not await the Indian consent afterwards. The most important aspect of humanity that is badly needed to Kashmiri people is the respect for humanity. The most recent serial killings of Kashmiri protestants after killing of 21 years old Burhan Muzaffar Wani by Indian troops seems an invitation to get in kind. The incidents of bloodbath of Kashmiris can be inscribed in millions of pages. This instigates disobedience and feeling of anger not only among Kashmiris but to every person having respect for mankind.

The inter-state terrorism has countless examples to date either in the form of cold war or a direct arsenal attack on rivals. The inter-state terrorism also takes the form of bringing allegations of possessing nuclear arsenals or terrorists to a sovereign followed by the military actions.. The most recent happenings of this kind is Iraq invasion of US and it’s allies, Saudi invasion to a Middle Eastern Country-Yemen and many others.

The Israeli Occupation to Palestine is one of it’s kind and gains US backing to the level of achieving nuclear weapons. The US don’t dare to condemn the Indian attitude towards innocent Kashmiris but provides mere lip service to mutually solve the issue instead. The Kasmiri people will get their due right to freedom sooner than latter because the sacrifices of innocent Kashmiris would not go waste.
