حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُزَاحِمُ بْنُ ذَوَّادِ بْنِ عُلْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمُخْتَلِعَاتُ هُنَّ الْمُنَافِقَاتُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَرُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ بَأْسٍ لَمْ تَرِحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ .

Urdu Translation

ثوبان رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”خلع لینے والی عورتیں منافق ہیں“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث اس طریق سے غریب ہے، اس کی سند قوی نہیں ہے، ۲- نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہ بھی مروی ہے آپ نے فرمایا: ”جس عورت نے بلا کسی سبب کے اپنے شوہر سے خلع لیا، تو وہ جنت کی خوشبو نہیں پائے گی“۔

English Translation

Thawban narrated that: The Prophet said: The women who seek a Khul are hypocrites.
