حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ الرُّؤَاسِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ كِلَابٍ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ فَنَهَاهُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنَّا نُطْرِقُ الْفَحْلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَنُكْرَمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ فِي الْكَرَامَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ.

Urdu Translation

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   قبیلہ کلاب کے ایک آدمی نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے نر کو مادہ پر چھوڑنے کی اجرت لینے کے بارے میں پوچھا تو آپ نے اسے منع کر دیا، پھر اس نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! ہم مادہ پر نر چھوڑتے ہیں تو ہمیں بخشش دی جاتی ہے ( تو اس کا حکم کیا ہے؟ ) آپ نے اسے بخشش لینے کی اجازت دے دی۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے۔ ہم اسے صرف ابراہیم بن حمید ہی کی روایت سے جانتے ہیں جسے انہوں نے ہشام بن عروہ سے روایت کی ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas bin Malik: A man from (the tribe of) Kilab asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about studding a stallion and he prohibited it. So he said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We stud the stallions so that we get honorarium (from the owners of the female horse)!' So he permitted it for honorarium. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib, we do not know of it except as a narration of Ibrahim bin Humaid, from Hisham bin 'Urwah.
