حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَابِرٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ .

Urdu Translation

جابر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک گواہ اور مدی کی قسم سے ( مدعی کے حق میں ) فیصلہ دیا۔

English Translation

Jabir narrated: The Prophet (ﷺ) passed judgement based on oath along with a witness.
