حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ،‏‏‏‏ وَبَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةِ، عَنْ حَكِيمٍ الْأَثْرَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الهُجَيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أَتَى حَائِضًا أَوِ امْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا أَوْ كَاهِنًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ لَا نَعْرِفُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ حَكِيمٍ الْأَثْرَمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنَّمَا مَعْنَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ عَلَى التَّغْلِيظِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أَتَى حَائِضًا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ ،‏‏‏‏ فَلَوْ كَانَ إِتْيَانُ الْحَائِضِ كُفْرًا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ فِيهِ بِالْكَفَّارَةِ،‏‏‏‏ وَضَعَّفَ مُحَمَّدٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مِنْ قِبَلِ إِسْنَادِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو تَمِيمَةَ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ اسْمُهُ:‏‏‏‏ طَرِيفُ بْنُ مُجَالِدٍ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو کسی حائضہ کے پاس آیا یعنی اس سے جماع کیا یا کسی عورت کے پاس پیچھے کے راستے سے آیا، یا کسی کاہن نجومی کے پاس ( غیب کا حال جاننے کے لیے ) آیا تو اس نے ان چیزوں کا انکار کیا جو محمد ( صلی الله علیہ وسلم ) پر نازل کی گئی ہیں“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اہل علم کے نزدیک نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم کے اس فرمان کا مطلب تغلیظ ہے، نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم سے یہ بھی مروی ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے کسی حائضہ سے صحبت کی تو وہ ایک دینار صدقہ کرے، اگر حائضہ سے صحبت کا ارتکاب کفر ہوتا تو اس میں کفارے کا حکم نہ دیا جاتا“، ۲- محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری نے اس حدیث کو سنداً ضعیف قرار دیا ہے۔

English Translation

Abu Hurairah narrated that : the Prophet said: Whoever engages in sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman, or a woman in her anus, consults a soothsayer, then he has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad.
