حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ أُمَرَاءُ يَكُونُونَ بَعْدِي يُمِيتُونَ الصَّلَاةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنْ صُلِّيَتْ لِوَقْتِهَا كَانَتْ لَكَ نَافِلَةً وَإِلَّا كُنْتَ قَدْ أَحْرَزْتَ صَلَاتَكَ . وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَعُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَبِي ذَرٍّ حَسَنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ الصَّلَاةَ لِمِيقَاتِهَا إِذَا أَخَّرَهَا الْإِمَامُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي مَعَ الْإِمَامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالصَّلَاةُ الْأُولَى هِيَ الْمَكْتُوبَةُ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ اسْمُهُ:‏‏‏‏ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ.

Urdu Translation

ابوذر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ابوذر! میرے بعد کچھ ایسے امراء ( حکام ) ہوں گے جو نماز کو مار ڈالیں گے ۱؎، تو تم نماز کو اس کے وقت پر پڑھ لینا ۲؎ نماز اپنے وقت پر پڑھ لی گئی تو امامت والی نماز تمہارے لیے نفل ہو گی، ورنہ تم نے اپنی نماز محفوظ کر ہی لی ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اس باب میں عبداللہ بن مسعود اور عبادہ بن صامت رضی الله عنہما سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۲- ابوذر رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن ہے، ۳- یہی اہل علم میں سے کئی لوگوں کا قول ہے، یہ لوگ مستحب سمجھتے ہیں کہ آدمی نماز اپنے وقت پر پڑھ لے جب امام اسے مؤخر کرے، پھر وہ امام کے ساتھ بھی پڑھے اور پہلی نماز ہی اکثر اہل علم کے نزدیک فرض ہو گی ۳؎۔

English Translation

Abu Dharr narrated that : the Prophet said: O Abu Dharr! There will be leaders after me who cause the Salat to die; so perform the Salat during its time. If you pray (with them) during its time, then that will be voluntary Salat for you, if not, then you will have attained your Salat.
