حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ أَبُو مُوسَى الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلَبِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ: عَتِيقَهَا، وَلَقِيطَهَا، وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ ، هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، لَا يُعْرَفُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ.
واثلہ بن اسقع رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عورت تین قسم کی میراث اکٹھا کرتی ہے: اپنے آزاد کیے ہوئے غلام کی میراث، اس لڑکے کی میراث جسے راستے سے اٹھا کر اس کی پرورش کی ہو، اور اس لڑکے کی میراث جس کو لعان کر کے اپنے ساتھ لے گئی ہو“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث اس سند سے صرف محمد بن حرب کی روایت سے معروف ہے۔
Wathilah bin Al-Asqa' narrated that the Messenger of Allah(S.A.W) said: The woman collects three inheritance: Whomever she freed, whomever she found, and the child for which she made Li'an.
