حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِبعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ مُحَمَّدُ بْنِ عًبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَخْزَومِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرةَ، قَالَ: جَاءَ مُشْرِكُو قُرَيْشٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُخَاصِمُونَ فِي الْقَدَرِ، فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ 48 إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ 49 سورة القمر آية 48-49 ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ مشرکین قریش تقدیر کے بارے میں جھگڑتے ہوئے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے تو یہ آیت نازل ہوئی «يوم يسحبون في النار على وجوههم ذوقوا مس سقر إنا كل شيء خلقناه بقدر» یعنی ”جس دن وہ جہنم میں منہ کے بل گھسیٹے جائیں گے ( تو ان سے کہا جائے گا ) تم لوگ جہنم کا مزہ چکھو، ہم نے ہر چیز کو اندازے سے پیدا کیا ہے“ ( القمر: ۴۸-۴۹ ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث صحیح ہے، ۲- مذکورہ حدیث مجھ سے قبیصہ نے بیان کی، وہ کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے عبدالرحمٰن بن زید نے بیان کی۔
Abu Hurairah said: Idolaters from the Quraish came to the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) quarreling about Al-Qadar. So this Ayah was revealed: The day they will be dragged on their faces into the Fire (it will be said to them): Taste you the touch of Hell. Verily we have created all things with Qadar.
