Baab Libas Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ أَبُو يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةَ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.

Urdu Translation

ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ظالم بادشاہ کے سامنے حق کہنا سب سے بہتر جہاد ہے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث اس سند سے حسن غریب ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوامامہ سے بھی روایت ہے۔

English Translation

Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri narrated that the Prophet (s.a.w) said: Indeed, among the greatest types of Jihad is a just statement before a tyrannical ruler.
