Baab Libas Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلَّالُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ ضَبَّةَ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَئِمَّةٌ تَعْرِفُونَ وَتُنْكِرُونَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَمَنْ أَنْكَرَ فَقَدْ بَرِيءَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ كَرِهَ فَقَدْ سَلِمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَكِنْ مَنْ رَضِيَ وَتَابَعَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقِيلَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَفَلَا نُقَاتِلُهُمْ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا مَا صَلُّوا ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین ام سلمہ رضی الله عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عنقریب تمہارے اوپر ایسے حکمراں ہوں گے جن کے بعض کاموں کو تم اچھا جانو گے اور بعض کاموں کو برا جانو گے، پس جو شخص ان کے برے اعمال پر نکیر کرے وہ مداہنت اور نفاق سے بری رہا اور جس نے دل سے برا جانا تو وہ محفوظ رہا، لیکن جو ان سے راضی ہو اور ان کی اتباع کرے ( وہ ہلاک ہو گیا ) “، عرض کیا گیا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا ہم ان سے لڑائی نہ کریں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”نہیں، جب تک وہ نماز پڑھتے رہیں“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔

English Translation

Umm Salamah narrated that the Prophet(s.a.w) said: Indeed there shall come upon you A'immah whom you like (what they do) and some (of what they do) you dislike. So whoever rejects, then he is innocent, and whoever loathes, then he is safe. But whoever is pleased and follows. It was said: O Messenger of Allah! Shall we fight them? He said: No, as long as they offer Salat.
