Baab Fitno Aur Jungon Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ كَامِلٍ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ عُمْرُ أُمَّتِي مِنْ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً إِلَى سَبْعِينَ سَنَةً ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”میری امت کے اکثر لوگوں کی عمر ساٹھ سے ستر سال تک کے درمیان ہو گی“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابوصالح کی یہ حدیث جسے وہ ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں حسن غریب ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے اس کے علاوہ کئی اور سندوں سے بھی مروی ہے۔

English Translation

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: The lifespan for my Ummah is from sixty years to seventy [years].
