حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَزْرَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ أَنَسٌ لَا يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ أَنَسٌ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ لَا يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ وَفِي الْبَابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

Urdu Translation

ثمامہ بن عبداللہ کہتے ہیں کہ   انس رضی الله عنہ خوشبو ( کی چیز ) واپس نہیں کرتے تھے، اور انس رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم خوشبو کو واپس نہ کرتے تھے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے بھی روایت ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Thumamah bin 'Abdullah: Anas would not refuse perfume, and Anas said: 'Indeed the Prophet (ﷺ) would not refuse perfume.
