حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا مِنْ دَاعٍ دَعَا إِلَى شَيْءٍ إِلَّا كَانَ مَوْقُوفًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَازِمًا لَهُ لَا يُفَارِقُهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنْ دَعَا رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا ثُمَّ قَرَأَ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ:‏‏‏‏ وَقِفُوهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ مَسْئُولُونَ ‏‏‏‏ 24 ‏‏‏‏ مَا لَكُمْ لا تَنَاصَرُونَ ‏‏‏‏ 25 ‏‏‏‏ سورة الصافات آية 24-25 . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.

Urdu Translation

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس کسی نے بھی کسی چیز کی طرف دعوت دی قیامت کے دن وہ اسی کے ساتھ چمٹا اور ٹھہرا رہے گا، وہ اسے چھوڑ کر آگے نہیں جا سکتا اگرچہ ایک آدمی نے ایک آدمی ہی کو بلایا ہو“ پھر آپ نے آیت «وقفوهم إنهم مسئولون ما لكم لا تناصرون» ”انہیں روک لو، ان سے پوچھا جائے گا: کیا بات ہے؟ تم لوگ ایک دوسرے کی مدد کیوں نہیں کرتے؟“ ( الصافات: ۲۴-۲۵ ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث غریب ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas bin Malik: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: No caller invites to anything except that he is detained along with, on the Day of Resurrection, without parting from it, even if a man invites another man. Then he recited the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime: 'But stop them, verily they are to be questioned. What is the matter with you? Why do you not help one another (37:24 & 25).'
