حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَا أَوَّلُ النَّاسِ خُرُوجًا إِذَا بُعِثُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَا خَطِيبُهُمْ إِذَا وَفَدُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَا مُبَشِّرُهُمْ إِذَا أَيِسُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لِوَاءُ الْحَمْدِ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِيَدِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَا أَكْرَمُ وَلَدِ آدَمَ عَلَى رَبِّي وَلَا فَخْرَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ.

Urdu Translation

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب لوگ ( قبروں سے ) اٹھائے جائیں گے تو میں پہلا وہ شخص ہوں گا جس سے زمین شق ہو گی اور جب وہ دربار الٰہی میں آئیں گے تو میں ان کا خطیب ہوں گا، اور جب وہ مایوس اور ناامید ہو جائیں گے تو میں انہیں خوشخبری سنانے والا ہوں گا، حمد کا پرچم اس دن میرے ہاتھ میں ہو گا، اور میں اپنے رب کے نزدیک اولاد آدم میں سب سے بہتر ہوں اور یہ کوئی فخر کی بات نہیں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas bin Malik: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I am the first of the people to appear upon their being resurrected, and I am their spokesman whenever they gather, and I am the one that gives them glad tidings whenever they give up hope. And the Banner of Praise will be in my hand that day, and I am the most noble of the children of Adam with my Lord, and I am not boasting.
