حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ جَمَعَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَوَيْهِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

Urdu Translation

سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے احد کے دن اپنے ماں اور باپ دونوں کو میرے لیے جمع کیا ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث عبداللہ بن شداد بن ہاد سے بھی روایت کی گئی ہے اور انہوں نے علی بن ابی طالب کے واسطہ سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) mentioned both of his parents for me on the Day of Uhud.
