حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ ابْنَةِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ الْحَائِضِ إِلَّا بِخِمَارٍ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍوَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَوْلُهُ الْحَائِضِ يَعْنِي الْمَرْأَةَ الْبَالِغَ يَعْنِي إِذَا حَاضَتْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا أَدْرَكَتْ فَصَلَّتْ وَشَيْءٌ مِنْ شَعْرِهَا مَكْشُوفٌ لَا تَجُوزُ صَلَاتُهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشافعي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَجُوزُ صَلَاةُ الْمَرْأَةِ وَشَيْءٌ مِنْ جَسَدِهَا مَكْشُوفٌ. قَالَ الشافعي:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ قِيلَ إِنْ كَانَ ظَهْرُ قَدَمَيْهَا مَكْشُوفًا فَصَلَاتُهَا جَائِزَةٌ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”بالغ عورت کی نماز بغیر اوڑھنی کے قبول نہیں کی جاتی“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کی حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما سے بھی روایت ہے، ۳- اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے کہ جب عورت بالغ ہو جائے اور نماز پڑھے اور اس کے بال کا کچھ حصہ کھلا ہو تو اس کی نماز جائز نہیں، یہی شافعی کا بھی قول ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ عورت اس حال میں نماز پڑھے کہ اس کے جسم کا کچھ حصہ کھلا ہو جائز نہیں، نیز شافعی یہ بھی کہتے ہیں کہ کہا گیا ہے: اگر اس کے دونوں پاؤں کی پشت کھلی ہو تو نماز درست ہے ۲؎۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated that: Allah's Messenger said: The Salat of a women who has reached the age of menstruation is not accepted without a Khimar
