حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ مَا حَسَدْتُ أَحَدًا مَا حَسَدْتُ خَدِيجَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَا تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مَا مَاتَتْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبَشَّرَهَا بِبَيْتٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ قَصَبٍ لَا صَخَبَ فِيهِ وَلَا نَصَبَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مِنْ قَصَبٍ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّمَا يَعْنِي بِهِ قَصَبَ اللُّؤْلُؤِ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   میں نے کسی پر اتنا رشک نہیں کیا جتنا ام المؤمنین خدیجہ رضی الله عنہا پر کیا، حالانکہ مجھ سے تو آپ نے نکاح اس وقت کیا تھا جب وہ انتقال کر چکی تھیں، اور اس رشک کی وجہ یہ تھی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں جنت میں موتی کے ایک ایسے گھر کی بشارت دی تھی جس میں نہ شور و شغف ہو اور نہ تکلیف و ایذا کی کوئی بات۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- «من قصبٍ» سے مراد موتی کے بانس ہیں۔

English Translation

Narrated 'Aishah: I did not envy any woman as I envied Khadijah - and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not marry me except after she had died - that was because the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave her glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of Qasab, without clamoring nor discomforts in it.
