Baab Nawafil Aur Sunnaton Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عُمَرَ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَجَابِرٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَالْبَرَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ،‏‏‏‏

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت کہ   انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: ”جو جمعہ کی نماز کے لیے آئے اسے چاہیئے کہ ( پہلے ) غسل کر لے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عمر رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس بات میں عمر، ابو سعید خدری، جابر، براء، عائشہ اور ابو الدرداء سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔

English Translation

Salim narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that he heard : the Prophet saying: Whoever comes on Friday, then let him perform Ghusl.
