Baab Sajda Tilawat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَزَّازُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيهَا يَعْنِي النَّجْمَ وَالْمُسْلِمُونَ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ وَالْجِنُّ وَالْإِنْسُ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَرَوْنَ السُّجُودَ فِي سُورَةِ النَّجْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ فِي الْمُفَصَّلِ سَجْدَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْقَوْلُ الْأَوَّلُ أَصَحُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس میں یعنی سورۃ النجم میں سجدہ کیا اور مسلمانوں، مشرکوں، جنوں اور انسانوں نے بھی سجدہ کیا ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابن مسعود اور ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہما سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، ان کی رائے میں سورۃ النجم میں سجدہ ہے، ۴- صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے بعض اہل علم کہتے ہیں کہ مفصل کی سورتوں میں سجدہ نہیں ہے۔ اور یہی مالک بن انس کا بھی قول ہے، لیکن پہلا قول زیادہ صحیح ہے، سفیان ثوری، ابن مبارک، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ اسی کے قائل ہیں۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: The Messenger of Allah prostrated for it - meaning (in Surat) An-Najm - and so did the Muslims, the idolaters, the Jinns, and the people.
