Baab Sajda Tilawat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَلَا تَقُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْنِي خَرَجْتُ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَحَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ كَرِهَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَنْ يَنْتَظِرَ النَّاسُ الْإِمَامَ وَهُمْ قِيَامٌ. وقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا كَانَ الْإِمَامُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَإِنَّمَا يَقُومُونَ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ:‏‏‏‏ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ. قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ.

Urdu Translation

ابوقتادہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب نماز کی اقامت کہہ دی جائے تو تم اس وقت تک نہ کھڑے ہو جب تک کہ مجھے نکل کر آتے نہ دیکھ لو“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابوقتادہ رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں انس رضی الله عنہ سے بھی روایت ہے، لیکن ان کی حدیث غیر محفوظ ہے، ۳- صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے اہل علم کی ایک جماعت نے لوگوں کے کھڑے ہو کر امام کا انتظار کرنے کو مکروہ کہا ہے، ۴- بعض کہتے ہیں کہ جب امام مسجد میں ہو اور نماز کھڑی کر دی جائے تو وہ لوگ اس وقت کھڑے ہوں جب مؤذن «قد قامت الصلاة قد قامت الصلاة» کہے، ابن مبارک کا یہی قول ہے۔

English Translation

Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah narrated from his father that : the Messenger of Allah said: When the Iqamah is called for the prayer, then do not stand until you see that I have come out.
