حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَشُعْبَةُ، وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْوَسْقُ سِتُّونَ صَاعًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَخَمْسَةُ أَوْسُقٍ ثَلَاثُ مِائَةِ صَاعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَصَاعُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَمْسَةُ أَرْطَالٍ وَثُلُثٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَصَاعُ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ ثَمَانِيَةُ أَرْطَالٍ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْأُوقِيَّةُ أَرْبَعُونَ دِرْهَمًا وَخَمْسُ أَوَاقٍ مِائَتَا دِرْهَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ يَعْنِي لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ فِي كُلِّ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ شَاةٌ.

Urdu Translation

اس سند سے بھی   ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح کی حدیث بیان کی ہے جیسے عبدالعزیز بن محمد کی حدیث ہے جسے انہوں نے عمرو بن یحییٰ سے روایت کی ہے ( جو اوپر گزر چکی ہے ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- ان سے یہ روایت اور بھی کئی طرق سے مروی ہے، ۳- اہل علم کا عمل اسی پر ہے کہ پانچ وسق سے کم غلے میں زکاۃ نہیں ہے۔ ایک وسق ساٹھ صاع کا ہوتا ہے۔ اور پانچ وسق میں تین سو صاع ہوتے ہیں۔ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا صاع ساڑھے پانچ رطل کا تھا اور اہل کوفہ کا صاع آٹھ رطل کا، پانچ اوقیہ چاندی سے کم میں زکاۃ نہیں ہے، ایک اوقیہ چالیس درہم کا ہوتا ہے۔ اور پانچ اوقیہ کے دو سو درہم ہوتے ہیں۔ اسی طرح سے پانچ اونٹ سے کم میں زکاۃ نہیں ہے۔ جب پچیس اونٹ ہو جائیں تو ان میں ایک سال کی اونٹنی کی زکاۃ ہے اور پچیس اونٹ سے کم میں ہر پانچ اونٹ پر ایک بکری زکاۃ ہے۔

English Translation

(Another chain of narration that) Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri narrated that : the Prophet said (similar t Hadith no. 626).
