Baab Zakat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

وَرُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ صِيَامِنَا وَصِيَامِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَكْلَةُ السَّحَرِ . حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِذَلِكَ. قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَهْلُ مِصْرَ يَقُولُونَ:‏‏‏‏ مُوسَى بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَهْلُ الْعِرَاقِ يَقُولُونَ:‏‏‏‏ مُوسَى بْنُ عُلَيٍّ وَهُوَ مُوسَى بْنُ عُلَيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ اللَّخْمِيُّ.

Urdu Translation

اس سند سے عمرو بن عاص رضی الله عنہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہی حدیث روایت کرتے ہیں۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اور یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اہل مصر موسى بن عَلِيّ ( عین کے فتحہ کے ساتھ ) : کہتے ہیں اور اہل عراق موسى بن عُليّ ( عین کے ضمہ کے ساتھ ) کہتے ہیں اور وہ موسیٰ بن عُلَيّ بن رباح اللخمی ہیں۔

English Translation
