Baab Zakat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ صَائِمٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ. هَكَذَا رَوَى وَهِيبٌ نَحْوَ رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوَى إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ مُرْسَلًا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پچھنا لگوایا، آپ محرم تھے اور روزے سے تھے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث صحیح ہے، ۲- اسی طرح وہیب نے بھی عبدالوارث کی طرح روایت کی ہے، ۳- اسماعیل بن ابراہیم بن علیہ نے ایوب سے اور ایوب نے عکرمہ سے مرسلاً روایت کی ہے اور، عکرمہ نے اس میں ابن عباس کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: the Messenger of Allah was cupped while he was fasting and in Ihram.
