Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْمَدَنِيُّ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَجَرَّدَ لِإِهْلَالِهِ وَاغْتَسَلَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدِ اسْتَحَبَّ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الِاغْتِسَالَ عِنْدَ الْإِحْرَامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الشَّافِعِيُّ.

Urdu Translation

زید بن ثابت رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ نے احرام باندھنے کے لیے اپنے کپڑے اتارے اور غسل کیا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ۲- اہل علم کی ایک جماعت نے احرام باندھنے کے وقت غسل کرنے کو مستحب قرار دیا ہے۔ یہی شافعی بھی کہتے ہیں۔

English Translation

Zaid bin Thabit narrated from his father : who said that he saw the Prophet disrobing for his Ihlal and to perform Ghusl.
