Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میمونہ سے شادی کی اور آپ محرم تھے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ اور یہی سفیان ثوری اور اہل کوفہ بھی کہتے ہیں۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: The Prophet married Maimunah while he was a Muhrim.
