حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلَتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْ لَا بَأْسَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهَكَذَا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانُوا لَا يَعْتَمِرُونَ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمَّا جَاءَ الْإِسْلَامُ رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ذَلِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلَتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ . يَعْنِي:‏‏‏‏ لَا بَأْسَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَشْهُرُ الْحَجِّ شَوَّالٌ وَذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَعَشْرٌ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِالْحَجِّ إِلَّا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ وَأَشْهُرُ الْحُرُمِ رَجَبٌ وَذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَذُو الْحِجَّةِ وَالْمُحَرَّمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏هَكَذَا قَالَ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عمرہ حج میں قیامت تک کے لیے داخل ہو چکا ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اس باب میں سراقہ بن جعشم اور جابر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اس حدیث کا معنی یہ ہے کہ حج کے مہینوں میں عمرہ کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔ یہی تشریح شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ نے بھی کی ہے کہ جاہلیت کے لوگ حج کے مہینوں میں عمرہ نہیں کرتے تھے، جب اسلام آیا تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کی اجازت دے دی اور فرمایا: ”عمرہ حج میں قیامت تک کے لیے داخل ہو چکا ہے“، یعنی حج کے مہینوں میں عمرہ کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے، اور اشہر حج شوال، ذی قعدہ اور ذی الحجہ کے دس دن ہیں“، کسی شخص کے لیے یہ مناسب نہیں کہ وہ حج کے مہینوں کے علاوہ کسی اور مہینے میں حج کا احرام باندھے، اور حرمت والے مہینے یہ ہیں: رجب، ذی قعدہ، ذی الحجہ اور محرم۔ صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے اکثر اہل علم اسی کے قائل ہیں ۱؎۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: That the Prophet said: Umrah has been entered into Hajj until the Day of Resurrection.
