حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ ذَكَرْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيٍّ حَاضَتْ فِي أَيَّامِ مِنًى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ ؟ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ فَلَا إِذًا . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا طَافَتْ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ فَإِنَّهَا تَنْفِرُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ:‏‏‏‏ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ذکر کیا کہ صفیہ بنت حیی منیٰ کے دنوں میں حائضہ ہو گئی ہیں، آپ نے پوچھا: ”کیا وہ ہمیں ( مکے سے روانہ ہونے سے ) روک دے گی؟“ لوگوں نے عرض کیا: وہ طواف افاضہ کر چکی ہیں، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تب تو کوئی حرج نہیں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابن عمر اور ابن عباس رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے کہ عورت جب طواف زیارت کر چکی ہو اور پھر اسے حیض آ جائے تو وہ روانہ ہو سکتی ہے، طواف وداع چھوڑ دینے سے اس پر کوئی چیز لازم نہیں ہو گی۔ یہی سفیان ثوری، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: It was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah that Safiyyah bint Huyai got her menses during the days of Mina, so he said: Will she prevent us (from departing)? They said: She has done (Tawaf) Al-Ifadah/ So the Messenger of Allah said: In that case there is no harm.
