حدیث نمبر: 958 حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ الْأَوَّلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرِوَايَةُ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ مَوْقُوفًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَصَحُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق مَرْفُوعًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏هَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَارِثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَوَى شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَارِثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا.

Urdu Translation

علی رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   حج اکبر ( بڑے حج ) کا دن دسویں ذی الحجہ کا دن ہے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ابن ابی عمر نے اسے مرفوع نہیں کیا ہے اور یہ پہلی حدیث سے زیادہ صحیح ہے اور ابن عیینہ کی موقوف روایت محمد بن اسحاق کی مرفوع روایت سے زیادہ صحیح ہے۔ اسی طرح بہت سے حفاظ حدیث نے اسے بسند «أبي إسحق عن الحارث عن علي» موقوفاً روایت کیا ہے، شعبہ نے بھی ابواسحاق سبیعی سے روایت کی ہے انہوں نے یوں کہا ہے «عن عبد الله بن مرة عن الحارث عن علي موقوفا» ۲؎۔

English Translation

Ali narrated: They day of Al-Hajj Al-Akbar is the Day of An-Nahr.
