حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَرْوَانَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّاءَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ : إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيَتَعَذَّرُ فِي مَرَضِهِ ، أَيْنَ أَنَا الْيَوْمَ ؟ ، أَيْنَ أَنَا غَدًا اسْتِبْطَاءً لِيَوْمِ عَائِشَةَ ؟ ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمِي قَبَضَهُ اللَّهُ بَيْنَ سَحْرِي وَنَحْرِي وَدُفِنَ فِي بَيْتِي .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا کہ مجھ سے سلیمان بن بلال نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے (دوسری سند۔ امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے کہا) اور مجھ سے محمد بن حرب نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے ابومروان یحییٰ بن ابی زکریا نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے، ان سے عروہ بن زبیر نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے مرض الوفات میں گویا اجازت لینا چاہتے تھے ( دریافت فرماتے ) آج میری باری کن کے یہاں ہے۔ کل کن کے یہاں ہو گی؟ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی باری کے دن کے متعلق خیال فرماتے تھے کہ بہت دن بعد آئے گی۔ چنانچہ جب میری باری آئی تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی روح اس حال میں قبض کی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے سینے سے ٹیک لگائے ہوئے تھے اور میرے ہی گھر میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دفن کئے گئے۔

English Translation

Narrated `Aisha: During his sickness, Allah's Apostle was asking repeatedly, Where am I today? Where will I be tomorrow? And I was waiting for the day of my turn (impatiently). Then, when my turn came, Allah took his soul away (in my lap) between my chest and arms and he was buried in my house.
