Sahih Bukhari 1562 - The Book Of Hajj

Baab Hajj Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ ، وَأَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحَجِّ ، فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ أَوْ جَمَعَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لَمْ يَحِلُّوا حَتَّى كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں امام مالک نے خبر دی، انہیں ابوالاسود محمد بن عبدالرحمٰن بن نوفل نے، انہیں عروہ بن زبیر نے اور ان سے ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ   ہم حجتہ الوداع کے موقع پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ چلے۔ کچھ لوگوں نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا تھا، کچھ نے حج اور عمرہ دونوں کا اور کچھ نے صرف حج کا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( پہلے ) صرف حج کا احرام باندھا تھا، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عمرہ بھی شریک کر لیا، پھر جن لوگوں نے حج کا احرام باندھا تھا یا حج اور عمرہ دونوں کا، ان کا احرام دسویں تاریخ تک نہ کھل سکا۔

English Translation

Narrated `Aisha: We set out with Allah's Apostles (to Mecca) in the year of the Prophet's Last Hajj. Some of us had assumed Ihram for `Umra only, some for both Hajj and `Umra, and others for Hajj only. Allah's Apostle assumed Ihram for Hajj. So whoever had assumed Ihram for Hajj or for both Hajj and `Umra did not finish the Ihram till the day of sacrifice. (See Hadith No. 631, 636, and 639).
