Narrated Ibn `Abbas: Allah's Apostle had sent me from Jam' (i.e. Al-Muzdalifa) at night.

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ .

ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا، ان سے ایوب سختیانی نے، ان سے عکرمہ نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے مزدلفہ سے رات ہی میں منیٰ روانہ کر دیا تھا۔
