Narrated `Aisha: I twisted with my own hands the garlands for the Budn of the Prophet who garlanded and marked them, and then made them proceed to Mecca; Yet no permissible thing was regarded as illegal for him then.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحُ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : فَتَلْتُ قَلَائِدَ بُدْنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدَيَّ ، ثُمَّ قَلَّدَهَا وَأَشْعَرَهَا وَأَهْدَاهَا ، فَمَا حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ كَانَ أُحِلَّ لَهُ .

ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے افلح نے بیان کیا، ان سے قاسم نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قربانی کے جانوروں کے ہار میں نے اپنے ہاتھ سے خود بٹے تھے، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں ہار پہنایا، اشعار کیا، ان کو مکہ کی طرف روانہ کیا پھر بھی آپ کے لیے جو چیزیں حلال تھیں وہ ( احرام سے پہلے صرف ہدی سے ) حرام نہیں ہوئیں۔
