Baab Umrah Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ يَمْنَعُ أَحَدَكُمْ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ وَنَوْمَهُ ، فَإِذَا قَضَى نَهْمَتَهُ فَلْيُعَجِّلْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ قعنبی نے بیان کیا، ان سے سمی نے، ان سے ابوصالح نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا سفر عذاب کا ایک ٹکڑا ہے، آدمی کو کھانے پینے اور سونے ( ہر ایک چیز ) سے روک دیتا ہے، اس لیے جب کوئی اپنی ضرورت پوری کر چکے تو فوراً گھر واپس آ جائے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, Traveling is a kind of torture as it prevents one from eating, drinking and sleeping properly. So, when one's needs are fulfilled, one should return quickly to one's family.
