حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرِ بنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بنِ الحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامِ بْنِ المُغِيرَةِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي حِينَ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخْبَرَ مَرْوَانَ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ، وَأُمَّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتَاهُ : أَن رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُدْرِكُهُ الْفَجْرُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ ، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ ، وَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ : أُقْسِمُ بِاللَّهِ ، لَتُقَرِّعَنَّ بِهَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَمَرْوَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، ثُمَّ قُدِّرَ لَنَا أَنْ نَجْتَمِعَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، وَكَانَتْ لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ هُنَالِكَ أَرْضٌ ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : إِنِّي ذَاكِرٌ لَكَ أَمْرًا ، وَلَوْلَا مَرْوَانُ أَقْسَمَ عَلَيَّ فِيهِ لَمْ أَذْكُرْهُ لَكَ ، فَذَكَرَ قَوْلَ عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، فَقَالَ : كَذَلِكَ حَدَّثَنِي الْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَهُنَّ أَعْلَمُ ، وَقَالَ هَمَّامٌ ، وَابْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : يَأْمُرُ بِالْفِطْرِ ، وَالْأَوَّلُ أَسْنَدُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے، ان سے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث بن ہشام بن مغیرہ کے غلام سمی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ   میں اپنے باپ کے ساتھ عائشہ اور ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا ( دوسری سند امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے کہا کہ ) اور ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ مجھے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث بن ہشام نے خبر دی، انہیں ان کے والد عبدالرحمٰن نے خبر دی، انہیں مروان نے خبر دی اور انہیں عائشہ اور ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے خبر دی کہ ( بعض مرتبہ ) فجر ہوتی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے اہل کے ساتھ جنبی ہوتے تھے، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم غسل کرتے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم روزہ سے ہوتے تھے، اور مروان بن حکم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث سے کہا میں تمہیں اللہ کی قسم دیتا ہوں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو تم یہ حدیث صاف صاف سنا دو۔ ( کیونکہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا فتوی اس کے خلاف تھا ) ان دنوں مروان، امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی طرف سے مدینہ کا حاکم تھا، ابوبکر نے کہا کہ عبدالرحمٰن نے اس بات کو پسند نہیں کیا۔ اتفاق سے ہم سب ایک مرتبہ ذو الحلیفہ میں جمع ہو گئے۔ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی وہاں کوئی زمین تھی، عبدالرحمٰن نے ان سے کہا کہ آپ سے ایک بات کہوں گا اور اگر مروان نے اس کی مجھے قسم نہ دی ہوتی تو میں کبھی آپ کے سامنے اسے نہ چھیڑتا۔ پھر انہوں نے عائشہ اور ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی حدیث ذکر کی۔ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا ( میں کیا کروں ) کہا کہ فضل بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے یہ حدیث بیان کی تھی ( اور وہ زیادہ جاننے والے ہیں ) کہ ہمیں ہمام اور عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے صاحبزادے نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایسے شخص کو جو صبح کے وقت جنبی ہونے کی حالت میں اٹھا ہو افطار کا حکم دیتے تھے لیکن عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا اور ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی یہ روایت زیادہ معتبر ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated `Aisha and Um Salama: At times Allah's Apostle used to get up in the morning in the state of Janaba after having sexual relations with his wives. He would then take a bath and fast.
