Baab Ujrat Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ الْيَهُودَ ، أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا ، وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا ، وَأَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّ الْمَزَارِعَ كَانَتْ تُكْرَى عَلَى شَيْءٍ سَمَّاهُ نَافِعٌ لَا أَحْفَظُهُ ،

Urdu Translation

ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے جویریہ بن اسماء نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( یہودیوں کو ) خیبر کی زمین دے دی تھی کہ اس میں محنت کے ساتھ کاشت کریں اور پیداوار کا آدھا حصہ خود لے لیا کریں۔ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے نافع سے یہ بیان کیا کہ زمین کچھ کرایہ پر دی جاتی تھی۔ نافع نے اس کرایہ کی تعیین بھی کر دی تھی لیکن وہ مجھے یاد نہیں رہا۔

English Translation

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews to work on and cultivate and take half of its yield. Ibn `Umar added, The land used to be rented for a certain portion (of its yield). Nafi` mentioned the amount of the portion but I forgot it.
