Baab Hawale Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ ، فَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے خبر دی، انہیں ابوالزناد نے، انہیں اعرج نے اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ( قرض ادا کرنے میں ) مالدار کی طرف سے ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے۔ اور اگر تم میں سے کسی کا قرض کسی مالدار پر حوالہ دیا جائے تو اسے قبول کرے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, Procrastination (delay) in paying debts by a wealthy man is injustice. So, if your debt is transferred from your debtor to a rich debtor, you should agree.
