حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ سَقَطَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ ؟ فَقَالَ : خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ ، قَالَ مَعْنٌ : حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ مَا لَا أُحْصِيهِ ، يَقُولُ : عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے معن نے، کہا ہم سے مالک نے ابن شہاب کے واسطے سے بیان کیا، وہ عبیداللہ ابن عبداللہ بن عتبہ بن مسعود سے، وہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے وہ میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے چوہے کے بارے میں دریافت کیا گیا جو گھی میں گر گیا تھا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اس چوہے کو اور اس کے آس پاس کے گھی کو نکال کر پھینک دو۔ معن کہتے ہیں کہ مالک نے اتنی بار کہ میں گن نہیں سکتا ( یہ حدیث ) ابن عباس سے اور انہوں نے میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Maimuna: The Prophet was asked regarding ghee in which a mouse had fallen. He said, Take out the mouse and throw away the ghee around it (and use the rest.)
