Baab Masaqaat Ke Bayan Main

حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي بُشَيْرُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي حَارِثَةَ ، أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ ، وَسَهْلَ بْنَ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ حَدَّثَاهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ ، إِلَّا أَصْحَابَ الْعَرَايَا فَإِنَّهُ أَذِنَ لَهُمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ : وَقَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ : حَدَّثَنِي بُشَيْرٌ مِثْلَهُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے زکریا بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو ابواسامہ نے خبر دی، کہا کہ مجھے ولید بن کثیر نے خبر دی، کہا کہ مجھے بنی حارثہ کے غلام بشیر بن یسار نے خبر دی، ان سے رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ اور سہل بن ابی حثمہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا، کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع مزابنہ یعنی درخت پر لگے ہوئے کھجور کو خشک کی ہوئی کھجور کے بدلے بیچنے سے منع فرمایا، عریہ کرنے والوں کے علاوہ کہ انہیں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اجازت دے دی تھی۔ ابوعبداللہ ( امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ ) نے کہا کہ ابن اسحاق نے کہا کہ مجھ سے بشیر نے اسی طرح یہ حدیث بیان کی تھی۔ ( یہ تعلیق ہے کیونکہ امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے ابن اسحاق کو نہیں پایا۔ حافظ نے کہا کہ مجھ کو یہ تعلیق موصلاً نہیں ملی۔ )

English Translation

Narrated Rafi` 'bin Khadij and Sahl bin Abi Hathma: Allah's Apostle forbade the sale of Muzabana, i.e. selling of fruits for fruits, except in the case of 'Araya; he allowed the owners of 'Araya such kind of sale.
