حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ عِنْدَهَا ، وَأَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ صَوْتَ رَجُلٍ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، هَذَا رَجُلٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِكَ ؟ قَالَتْ : فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أُرَاهُ فُلَانًا لِعَمِّ حَفْصَةَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : لَوْ كَانَ فُلَانٌ حَيًّا لِعَمِّهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : نَعَمْ ، إِنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی عبداللہ بن ابی بکر سے، وہ عمرہ بنت عبدالرحمٰن سے اور انہیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زوجہ مطہرہ ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے خبر دی کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے یہاں تشریف فرما تھے۔ عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ایک صحابی کی آواز سنی جو ( ام المؤمنین ) حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے گھر میں آنے کی اجازت چاہتا تھا۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ میں نے کہا، یا رسول اللہ! میرا خیال ہے یہ حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے رضاعی چچا ہیں۔ انہوں نے عرض کیا، یا رسول اللہ! یہ صحابی آپ کے گھر میں ( جس میں حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا رہتی ہیں ) آنے کی اجازت مانگ رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ آپ نے فرمایا، میرا خیال ہے یہ فلاں صاحب، حفصہ کے رضاعی چچا ہیں۔ پھر عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بھی اپنے ایک رضاعی چچا کے متعلق پوچھا کہ اگر فلاں زندہ ہوتے تو کیا وہ بے حجاب میرے پاس آ سکتے تھے؟ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ہاں! دودھ سے بھی وہ تمام رشتے حرام ہو جاتے ہیں جو نسب کی وجہ سے حرام ہوتے ہیں۔“

English Translation

Narrated `Amra bint `Abdur-Rahman: That `Aisha the wife of the Prophet told her uncle that once, while the Prophet was in her house, she heard a man asking Hafsa's permission to enter her house. `Aisha said, I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! I think the man is Hafsa's foster uncle.' `Aisha added, O Allah's Apostle! There is a man asking the permission to enter your house. Allah's Apostle replied, I think the man is Hafsa's foster uncle. `Aisha said, If so-and-so were living (i.e. her foster uncle) would he be allowed to visit me? Allah's Apostle said, Yes, he would, as the foster relations are treated like blood relations (in marital affairs).
