حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أَيُّوبَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِذَا جَامَعَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَلَمْ يُنْزِلْ ؟ قَالَ : يَغْسِلُ مَا مَسَّ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْهُ ، ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَيُصَلِّي ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ : الْغَسْلُ أَحْوَطُ وَذَاكَ الْآخِرُ ، وَإِنَّمَا بَيَّنَّا لِاخْتِلَافِهِمْ .
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ نے ہشام بن عروہ سے، کہا مجھے خبر دی میرے والد نے، کہا مجھے خبر دی ابوایوب نے، کہا مجھے خبر دی ابی بن کعب نے کہ انھوں نے پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! جب مرد عورت سے جماع کرے اور انزال نہ ہو تو کیا کرے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا عورت سے جو کچھ اسے لگ گیا اسے دھو لے پھر وضو کرے اور نماز پڑھے۔ ابوعبداللہ ( امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ ) نے کہا غسل میں زیادہ احتیاط ہے اور یہ آخری احادیث ہم نے اس لیے بیان کر دیں ( تاکہ معلوم ہو جائے کہ ) اس مسئلہ میں اختلاف ہے اور پانی ( سے غسل کر لینا ہی ) زیادہ پاک کرنے والا ہے۔ ( نوٹ: یہ اجازت ابتداء اسلام میں تھی بعد میں یہ حکم منسوخ ہو گیا ) ۔
Narrated Ubai bin Ka`b: I asked Allah's Apostle about a man who engages in sexual intercourse with his wife but does not discharge. He replied, He should wash the parts which comes in contact with the private parts of the woman, perform ablution and then pray. (Abu `Abdullah said, Taking a bath is safer and is the last order. )
