Baab Is Bayan May Ke Makhlooq Ki Pedaish Kiunkar Shuru Hui

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : يَقْرَأُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَنَادَوْا يَا مَالِكُ سورة الزخرف آية 77 ، قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : فِي قِرَاءَةِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ 0 وَنَادَوْا يَا مَالِ 0 .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے، ان سے عطاء بن ابی رباح نے، ان سے صفوان بن یعلیٰ نے اور ان سے ان کے والد (یعلیٰ بن امیہ رضی اللہ عنہ) نے بیان کیا کہ   میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، آپ منبر پر سورۃ الزخرف کی اس آیت کی تلاوت فرما رہے تھے «ونادوا يا مالك‏» اور وہ دوزخی پکاریں گی اے مالک! ( یہ داروغہ جہنم کا نام ہے ) اور سفیان نے کہا کہ عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کی رات میں یوں ہے «ونادوا يا مال‏.‏» ۔

English Translation

Narrated Yali: I heard the Prophet reciting the following Verse on the pulpit: They will call: O Mali......' and Sufyan said that `Abdullah recited it: 'They will call: O Mali..' (43.77)
